Did the first part (theory and confined dives) of PADI Open water with them. really knowledgeable and helpful instructor with safety as a priority. Price was reasonable for the time the instructor spent with me as well. Would highly recommend this center to anyone looking into a diving course. My only slight criticism is that the pool for the confined water was very small and full of people. However they probably had little choice where they can do it in Singapore. - via
