The Flying Fish Hostel is a stylish and spacious Hostel located in a pleasant and safe area of Dumaguete City. It's a short tricycle ride to the airport, downtown and the ferry terminal. The dorms are comfortable with individual lights and power plugs and the mattresses are comfortable. Aircon works well. There were no privacy curtains so I improvised my own. The Palmitas Restaurant within the compound serves a varied upscale menu. The WiFi was fast and reliable for us digital nomads. Yes, there is road noise from Hibbard but nowhere as noisy as Manila or Cebu City. Bring mozzie spray if sitting outside. - via
