Very disappointing. They told us to be ready at 7:30 am pickup for a 9:00 am start time for school. (Wake Forest to Raleigh) At 8:15 we called them to verify they would still make it. They said they were running late but would be here. At 9 be called to see where the bus was. They said they were running late. When we asked how long they said an hour. We then cancelled the ride. The idea of this service is great but unreliable when you have time-sensitive appointments. - via
