dive school was unable to arrange a booked dive.
we booked 2 dives the day before and drove there for 45mins but as the reservation obviously was not transferred into the handwritten log the school keeps at their shop, they were unable to keep the reservation due to lack of personnel.
their reaction to this was very unfriendly lacking any kind of apology or offer to reschedule etc. - „not in the log - no dive“ was repeated by an elderly man in kind of an aggressive manner repeatedly. mistakes happen, how they are dealt with makes a difference. as this seems to have happend before judging by other reviews, I would strongly recommend choosing a different company for your dive. - via
