Our experience was let down by the post-jetski process. We were told multiple times that our photos would be sent to us within 2-3 days, had our email confirmed by 2 staff members and 3 weeks later we are yet to receive them. We have sent multiple requests and the emails have gone unanswered. An important part of any holiday experience is the photos and the memories. It's sad that what was our favourite part of a trip to New York is tainted by the unresponsiveness of the team. I would look to other companies who offer the same activity and recommend that Sea the City revise their photo policy to be inline other destinations. - via
