1.0.0

My husband purchased skydiving tix for me and a 2nd person, roughly $400. The next day when he presented them on my birthday I was shocked- I'm not doing this (and neither is he). This booking is for some 6 months in the future on an unknown and unscheduled date. He called to cancel within 48 hours and was told that the tix were completely nonrefundable, no exceptions, no grace period, doesn't matter that this is so far in the future for an unfixed date. He spent a month trying to get a manager to refund them without luck, so we are just out the dollars. I get it. He should have read the fine print. Thats definitely his error. But I'm not giving a pass to a business with such a terrible business practice. For something like skydiving there should be some kind of grace period. Even airlines have it and they have the worst customer service. I'd never recommend giving this as a gift as there's zero leniency and the customer service is difficult to reach and terrible when you do finally get someone on the phone. - via google
