Bought a present for family members for this company. They booked in several times and every time the company cancelled, not the customers. Now the company is saying their voucher is expired and need to pay extra. Customer service is disgraceful and my family are not willing to pay them anymore as they are now convinced it’s not legit. We feel awful as the people who picked this company. 100% recommend customers go somewhere else. - via
