The instructors are amazing, passing the certification with them is pure pleasure. However, boutique employees, despite the fact that they are very kind are not organized; not scheduling the certification dates, confusing names, providing half empty bottles, missing boots, 2 left boots, dry suit with hole, no weights, etc. Not a single time we went, 100% of things have been done correctly. All this in just two week-ends. Hope it will improve. In any case, I still recommend the experience with Total diving even if you need to double check everything each time you interact with the boutique. :) - via
