My son and I embarked on the Black Water dive led by Boat Captain Sierra and Divemaster Ross. Unfortunately, surface conditions took a turn and caused safety concerns about 15 minutes into the dive, leading to its cancellation. Ross and Sierra worked very hard to get everyone back aboard safely and then back to the harbor.
Due to the circumstances, Ross offered to assist in obtaining refunds.
Despite the abbreviated dive, the crew's professionalism shone through. This experience reaffirmed my trust in Jack's Dive Locker, and I look forward to diving with them again thanks to their exceptional team. - via
