Came to townsville mostly to see and dive around the reef and underwater museum. During this time each trip out was cancelled on us. They say it is for weather reasons, so the slightest bit of wind and they wont go out, anywhere else in the world would of made it happen. Then it takes 5 days to get ur refund, but upon making payment its out of the accoint in 5 mins. They shouldnt take the payment until the trip is confirmed to go ahead just only take details for hold. - via
