We had a great time diving with Island Divers this new year's weekend. Rudy and his crew are very capable and helped me with my dive computer when the transmitter wouldn't pair. They are relaxed under water while still keeping a watchful eye on everyone and let us stay in and dive for as long as we wanted. Can't wait to come back and dive with them again. - via 
We did the boat tour of Mosquito bay and it was magical. If you are in Vieques you must do the bioluminescence tour.. there is nothing else like it. The tour operator did leave us waiting for over an hour at the pick up spot. While they did answer the phone and were very nice, waiting in the dark on a dusty roadside with nowhere to sit for over an hour was unpleasant.. the road to the boat launch is EXTREMELY bumpy so if you have any health issues that are affected by this I strongly recommend you skip it. Other than that, the boat ride itself was very smooth. The guide was knowledgeable and answered our questions. And we did some star gazing.. the stars are so bright because there is no light pollution. - via
