Went on a fun dive with them recently. Experience was bad and dangerous. I wouldn't recommend diving with this center unless you already wrote a will.
1. Bad equipement. Regulators were not well maintained to the point where i was unable to connect the inflator hose. They were unwilling to change until the Dive guide himself is unable to connect the hose himself.
2. One of the divers was late that day. To make up for the lost time, the captain was speeding. To make things worst, he actually left the driver seat and walked in front of the boat to talk with his buddies for a good 15 seconds.
3. Inadequate safety briefings. Dive guides hired did not brief us regarding what to expect on the dive sites as well as safety procedures. What happens if one of the divers panic underwater?
4. Raw food. They served us uncooked chicken with blood. 2 of our members were actually down with food poisoning the next day. - via
