From the moment we walked in, Christain, was cherry and very helpful. We are amateur snorkelers who have had some fun in our sub optimal gear (it worked for our purpose until now), so with how much we snorkel, we decided to upgrade and saw this place on google with high ratings and reviews. We can attest, Christain as wel as the rest of the staff from gear, to experiences, are incredibly knowledge. He was able to work through some of the issues we were having during our adventures and what to look for in new gear. Additionally, he wasn’t judgmental at all. This is a place where it felt very inviting into the space which can go along way for visitors considering we are visiting their home island. There was another gentleman helping another customer that was patient as he worked through the customers rental needs as well. Overall, huge selection of googles to choose from and price ranges too. We ended up choosing a whole new kit for our set up instead of piece-mailing it together. So, new mask, snorkel and fins. Very excited to get out and test our new gear. Highly recommend if you’re looking to replace, upgrade or rent while on Hawai’i. - via Google
