This place is pretty unorganized. We called several times looking for information and each time we were told different things. We were hiking into backcountry through Angnew Meadows and read that we needed to take the shuttle, at least that’s what we thought, first price of wrong information. Paid the money and then found out the shuttle stopped running 9/5 which would have left us stranded at the trail headed after our trip. No one bothered to tell us this vital piece of information and when we asked for a refund they told us all sales were final. Seems like a crock of you know what and cost us $50. So for others: don’t take their word as fact and make sure the shuttle is running at times you need it. - via
