I was very impressed by House of Scuba’s service. I placed an order and unfortunately it was on back order. I understand, that happens, but they personally reached out immediately to let me know and find out when my trip was to see if the delay would cause a problem or if there was some other way to address my need. I was impressed by that. And in the end, I wound up getting my new wetsuit the day before I originally thought I would get it in the first place. For being an all on-line experience, I felt like this was high touch service and I appreciated their extra effort. - via
