We recently had a really nice experience with Easy Divers.
My partner and I are both very keen and experienced divers. After checking several other dive shops in the area, we decided to dive with Easy Divers as they came across as safe, responsible, had well-maintained equipment, offered good value, and effective communication (it was nice to be able to speak directly to the owner, rather than a DM who had to check everything with someone by phone). We booked 8 dives in total at Manjangan and Pemuteran and received 1 shore dive for free as a custom package. The dives were all amazing, varied, and everything went very smoothly. We were very satisfied with all four days of diving!
Our only complaint was that at the time of payment the price was around 1.3m IDR more than what we understood the package was to be charged at. Our quote didn’t arrive by WhatsApp as requested so perhaps we should have followed it up to avoid any misunderstanding.
I still give these guys 5* as the diving was truly world class, the entire team was competent and friendly, and we were well looked after. As an added bonus, Easy Divers actively contribute to the local community and the environment, and don’t use any single use plastic - yay!
