My daughter informed the staff that she had completed a refreshment course with PADI, which is a learning component. Since she only needed a pool session, they insisted on making her pay for in-store learning despite not having pool availability. When I called to clarify, they responded rudely and even sent an email to my daughter with a bad attitude. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I advise staying away from them. P.S. After carefully reading your response, I believe an apology would be appropriate. I must express my concerns regarding the situation. It seems that you were aware of her completion of the online learning portion, yet you insisted on conducting it at your shop, even though she no longer required it and only needed the pool option, for which you charged excessively. Additionally, the equipment rentals for the in-pool course were unexpected and uncommon fees. Your behavior came across as rude, impatient, and lacking transparency. The reply you provided didn't seem coherent, which led me to consider exploring alternative places for these activities. I sincerely hope for an improvement in your attitude and service. I would gladly attach your email responses with rude replies and capitalized wording. - via google
