Activities
The hotel is situated in a great location with nearby restaurants, bars and other hotels. It's also in a good location to the pamporovo ski resort and offers shuttle bus service there and back.
Good buffet style breakfast with the fresh orange juice being the highlight of every morning.
Didn't try the evening buffet meal.
Went to eat at Neptun, which was nice. Seemed a little more formal.
Rooms are okay.
Beds are okay.
Views are gorgeous!
Bathroom was decent sized with hot water and powerful shower.
Lack of attention to detail in the bedrooms. For example, a towel missing one day, bath mat missing another day, refreshments (tea/coffee) were not topped up, floor was not hoovered/swept everyday.
Nice to have a spa facilities that can be used by guests but again cleanliness needs work. The jacuzzi looked dirty so didn't bother going in. - via
