We have jumped here before a couple years ago. Bought 3 tickets from online special they had and we called them within three min of purchasing them to cancel. Being told they cannot cancel, we no longer live in the state and ordered by mistake thinking we were buying from a local place. I explained the mistake and they are refusing to refund. Bummer deal as it’s a lot of money and an honest mistake. - via
