My wife and I bought a Groupon for an introduction to diving. We arrived on the appointed date and was forced to reschedule as no one expected us. We rescheduled again and on the next date the same thing happened. As we arrived there they saw our booking and frantically phoned around to get an instructor without any luck. When complaining on their facebook page the owner shifted blame saying that my wife made the mistake and we were booked for another date and deleted my post. - via
