Considering current times with sickness, I woke with a sudden head cold and called to cancel my snorkel trip. This was 24 hours before the trip and they refused to give me a refund for the $75 as they said it wasn’t 48 hours before departure. I tried talking to multiple people through this company and they all refuse to give me my money back and have only said “Sorry that you’re sick.” - via Google
