Unprofessional! Do yourself a favour - go elsewhere ……
Booked and paid for Convict Tour months ahead, as per their calendar dates provided. Received an email 2 weeks prior to tour, the date changed to following day - however no apology given. Arrive early for tour …. Cancelled! Claimed they had emailed me twice. I had received nothing. Was told I must have provided an incorrect email (yet they had already made contact via email provided). No apology given! Treated it like it was our fault.
Our Tuesday tour was moved to Wednesday, then cancelled. Tours all booked out. Only option - Friday tour with them. For all our advance planning, our week’s plans and other bookings were screwed up. Might have been easier to swallow if some form of apology was given - no idea of Customer Service
Worth noting - the tour consists of a guide recounting history and stories at various locations, and no entry to exhibits. 2 hrs + standing throughout the whole tour is way too much for older passengers.
Can recommend Baunti Tours. They provide a footstool for embarking and disembarking the coach. We also saw their guests seated during the tour at Governor’s Lodge. A professional outfit! - via
