I would love to know where missing packages go. Head office customer service themselves don’t have a system in place to determine whether missing items posted are thrown out or misplaced. Sadly the mailing system’s standards are so low that you’d have to use registered mail or independent mailing agencies to be confident about mailing. I’ve always heard about mails slipping through the cracks and now I see why companies don’t have confidence with the Post Office - via
