You certainly can choose Andy’s scuba diving center when travelling to phuket, they recommend good dive sites, though, when I visited I couldn’t see much of the marine lives bad weather? Bad luck? No idea but I had a fantastic time diving that is for sure. I had few questions before coming to phuket and Lisa answered all of them and was promptly replying. My instructor was Angel and he is a gem of a person. Loved my diving. ?? - via
