What a great experience! While in the Keys, I was informed that my full-face snorkel mask wasn't allowed with a charter. I went to Divers Direct to purchase a mask and snorkel set. I was politely greeted as soon as I entered the store. After a brief explanation of my dilemma, I was introduced to Jacob (sales and diving expert). Within 10 minutes I was holding a new mask that has my eyeglass prescription. Now I'll be able to see so much better under water. Thank you Jacob!
