I had a great experience scuba diving. They also operate under Sea Fun divers at the Meridian hotel where you take your scuba test and fitting. They were really efficient and fun and I only encountered a minor inconvenience.. When I was doing my scuba discovery dive I was sort of pulled around by my instructor. I asked him afterwards why but he said that it was because I was too fast. I would have liked to have had some time to 'discover' a correct pace but was not given the opportunity as he held onto my pressure gauge.
Other than that we went for 2 dives around Phi Phi islands which were so amazing.. I saw the most beautiful fish like huge moray eels and clown fish playing... butterfly fish chasing each other and huge schools of fish.
They served a really yummy lunch anchored near beautiful Maya bay and I mostly enjoyed myself. Do take a like extra Bhat.. Some was needed for the national park fee but they also suggest tipping the crew that run the boat. They also offer photography as well and the shot underwater of me scuba diving is something I will treasure.
I would do it again but go for my PADI open water diving course so that I could be more independent. - via
