The shop itself is very good. Competitive prices, largely below MSRP. The service dept is very slow. Dropped off my tank for hydro and cleaning 6 weeks ago and still not ready
Update: Tsunami had my bottle for 50 days (7 weeks). They completed the hydro and cleaning. However, they failed to replace the 10-year old valve on it despite providing them with the replacement valve. I was told they would just do it the next time I bring it in to get filled. Tested the Nitrox mix in the tank with two different meters and it registered 1.2% below stated/requested mix. Not impressed! - via
