I virtually never leave reviews for anything, so if I do it is either exceptional or terrible. Exceptional in this case. I just did my Padi open water certification with ScubaCaribe Costa Rica Guanacaste ( at the Riu hotels) and it was an all round excellent experience. Keep reading below!
I did the pool training with Enzo and this was really thorough, clear and perfect preparation for the open water dives. Enzo was great at explaining everything and took all the time we needed to get it right and correct any issues.
I did my open water with Alejandro and this was a brilliant experience. My first dive was extremely challenging due to difficult water conditions, but Alejandro coached me through it and gave me all the encouragement I needed for the second dive. The remaining three dives were incredible. We worked through all the required tests and then did some amazing diving. Alejandro took the time to show me some really special marine life up close. We saw so much, I lost track of it all. Shark, turtle, sting rays, giant moray eels, seahorse, octopus.. just the ones I remember quickly!
