Placed an online order for a mask and got a confirmation email for the order. Waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. Emailed them and nothing. Finally called the store but no one answered. Left a message only to get an email the next day saying they weren’t taking online orders presently and besides they didn’t have the mask anyhow despite the fact that three weeks earlier I got an order confirmation when I ordered the mask. Stay away from this shop! I’ve been an instructor for 17 years and have never seen a shop run so poorly! - via
