My company paid Divers Destination for a diving trip to Florida with hotel included. I was assured twice that the hotel was paid and they even sent me the location and the itinerary to check in on a Friday. After a seven hour drive I arrived to find that the room wasn’t reserved or paid. My out of pocket expenses for hotel were $562.74. After various attempts to contact the owner this past month for reimbursement, he always makes himself unavailable. My calls are ignored. They have never contacted me once although I have asked numerous times for them to pay what they owe me. This has went on for almost a month. I have never before written a bad review but I feel I’m left with no other option. This company has refused to make things right. Be wary when dealing with them. I feel like I have been scammed. - via
