The ski lift attendants were amazingly helpful with my kids who are just learning, and the skiing was great. We ran into some rudeness from the bar when we were trying to figure out how to order food and the "cafeteria" was very chaotic and not accommodating. We ended up eating somewhere else out of frustration. - via
