After being a loyal customer for over 20 years I will no longer use this dive shop. Rented tanks here over the weekend when we got to dive site tanks were inop. Upon return the person working said I should have fixed the tank. When I replied its not my equipment she informed me I should know how to make the adjustment to repair the equipment. Again it's not my equipment to repair. If something broke I would have been held responsible. She wanted to argue with me and said I will give you a partial refund. That's not what I was looking for to begin with. Like I said I've been coming here for over 20 years,1 tank isn't a big deal. However telling me I should know how to repair THIER equipment is ridiculous. - via
