I first bought an AOW class spot about 2 years ago, right before the pandemic. I was a little bit worried that there was an expiration date attached to this sign up, or something like that, but when it came time to sign up (2 years later), they had no issues finding me and signing me up for a class. When it came time for class class, I had to reschedule a couple of times and they had no issue with me doing that AND Lauren was very accommodating with getting me into a class that worked w/ my schedule. The great customer service continued when I went to the store for the classroom portion. Since I was early for class, I shopped around a bit and found some boots that I wanted to buy. They didn't have a pair in backstock, but the display pair fit. The manager was very helpful in hunting down the other boot that wasn't super easy to find. Once I was in class, my instructor, Jez, was great! He was very knowledgeable, and had a great teaching style. He made sure that he answered all of our questions and that we were able to complete all of our tasks and some. In short, great store, with friendly and knowledgeable folks! - via
