Very disappointed! I rent a Jet ski with this company 12/31/2023 and this blonde woman who works there was in a nother Jet ski followed me everywhere I was going, literally I felt harassed. She stopped me multiple times because apparently I was going at high speed when there is no speed limit in the open sea and they make up their own rules, not the law. I have a navigation license so i know the navigation rules. In addition to that, she told me multiple times that if I wanted to go beyond a certain point I had to give her a tip for that, which I found very unprofessional. I felt so harassed and bad that I returned the Jet ski 20 minutes before the due time. I have rented Jet Ski with many other companies in Puerto Rico before and I have never had this type of experience. First and last time I rent their services. Worst experience ever!! - via
