My family and I are all staying at Secrets St James and decided to wake up early, get breakfast, then go snorkeling. However, that didn’t happen. We went to sign up, and was told they decided not to go out. We asked why, the lady said they didn’t have enough staff. However there was a group coming in at that time, so it didn’t make any sense. So upon further asking the actual reason they are going out again, the lady was very rude and then stated they scheduled a 10am tour with a group.
This was not the only encountered myself or my family had with them that was unacceptable. A family member had been asking about info for the motorized snorkeling earlier in the week, and he was told 3 different descriptions and prices by 3 different employees.
1. They lied
2. Disorganized with scheduling a tour knowing you have an activity at that exact same time
3. Highly do not recommended.
