My friend and I did the tour with snorkeling last week. I did kayak and she did paddleboard. Lucky for us, they had just reopened after a break. Our instructor, Joe/Jose, was amazing. We were given rash guards and plenty of water. Joe talked a lot about Rincon/PR and made the whole tour just feel like we were hanging out with a friend. We always felt safe and secure and everything went smoothly. The snorkeling was amazing - we saw a sea turtle! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
