Do not book with this company! They have had our groups money (booked under Porter) since 2021 and our trip was supposed to be at the beginning of November 2022 yet they canceled the excursion August 30 2022 (too late to book anything). They offered to book us with a different type of trip that was not great white related at all. We did not want to go on one of those trips nor could our group of 10 rebook in time. We just really want our money back yet Nautilus is refusing to give us a refund. The boss was very rude and did not try to work with us at all! We could not book until 2024 and the Mexican government just released they will not allow dives to occur at Guadalupe so we can’t even rebook if we wanted. After everything and further research about this company and their practices, we don’t even want to go with this company as there have been numerous questionable incidents including one that caused a shark harm (for more info search for Guadalupe Shark Diving in 2022 is Cancelled)
I do not trust this company to have my safety or the safety of the sharks as top priority and we can never dive there so I want my money back! Be warned this company does not seem to be a good business, they are not moral and do not care. They are the ONLY company that didn’t refund divers at the beginning of COVID nor during this Guadalupe closure.
