The captain crashed our boat directly into a local fisherman, shattering his boat and belongings. The staff didn’t say anything to us and ignored us when we asked if we could help the fisherman.
They gave no context as they dropped him off at a dock and when we pulled away, the captain told us it wasn’t his fault.
Snorkeling was fine but would have been better with a friendlier staff giving more direction and speaking to us.
Overall, disappointing because we weren’t offered any sort of reimbursement for the crash or explanation. We were just expected to ignore it. - via
