I placed an order for a wetsuit for my daughter for Christmas. Fortunately, they didn’t have her size in stock for the wetsuit I had picked out for her. I say, fortunately, because as soon as they found out that they didn’t have her size in stock, rather than receiving an impersonal email that says this item is out of stock and on back order (and leaving me panic stricken), I received a phone call from a company employee, Kristina, to tell me that the particular wetsuit was out of stock. Kristina went out of her way to assist me to provide my daughter with the best possible wetsuit. I am someone that knows absolutely nothing about snorkeling or scuba diving equipment, but Kristina made sure that I ordered the right size and the right type of wetsuit. I am so impressed by their customer service and even more so impressed by how knowledgeable Kristina was, that I feel compelled to write an excellent review for this company in for their employee(s). In a time when customer service is nearly nonexistent, this company has it right. Customer friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, and appreciate Kristina’s effort, her knowledge, and the fact that she was so personable. I could have come up short for my daughter on Christmas morning, but I’m not going to because of the company’s great customer service, and great effort.
