ATA & Beth are absolutely THE WORST! I have never seen worse customer service in my life! The pool cleaning package was purchased as a gift for my parents. It was to include the pool opening, bi-weekly visits, and pool closing. Due to a hit and run that damaged the pool, we did not need the service until July 1st. Beth was very hard to get a hold of to schedule the first appointment, but eventually it was scheduled. The first time that she was scheduled to come, clean the pool, and check the chemicals she did not show up. After repeated calls and texts over multiple days she was contacted with a number she didn't know and she answered on the first ring. She said she was out of town and didn't know why her crew hadn't come. She said she would be there by noon the following day. She did not show up until 7pm and only after I called her. The day after her cleaning it was noticed she had not reconnected the filter tubes and the pool had been draining all night. She is supposed to respond to emergency calls, but again was unable to be reached until she was contacted by a number she didn't know and she answered on the first ring. She did come out and reattach the pipes, but claimed that she was not the reason it came apart. The second time that she was supposed to come she again did not show up. She was called and texted repeatedly. I called and told her I wanted a full refund. She claimed she "was on her way over now" even though it was two days after her scheduled appointment. After I requested the refund she stated that she was unable to pay me back right then because she had just paid her bills and had no money in the bank. I told her that I needed, in writing, how much my refund would be and when I would receive payment in full. I never heard back from her. I contacted her again via phone, text, and email 15 days later to state the same thing and again never heard back. I tried calling both of her numbers before filing this complaint and both have been disconnected. - via
