If you’re wanting one of the worst experience on an ATV in johnson city, you should absolutely book here. That being said, if you don’t. Please continue reading. I will never EVER recommend this company to anyone visiting or currently living in the surrounding areas. Horrible customer service. Under 18 mph riding. Outrageously expensive for what the “experience” is. I have no idea who would give this company above a 1 star. If you are 5 minutes late, expect to only have about 25 minutes of riding time because this company does not allow for grace periods and it will cut into your time without even communication or speediness from the guid informing you to hurry or make the onboarding process faster. This feels like an absolute churn and burn scam with no customer service. Anyways, if you’re wanting to burn your cash, book here and if you don’t, find another company to ride with. - via
