Traveling with 2 couples between arriving 17th checkout on 23rd Dec. We could not get there due to cancelled flights with Air Vanuatu on Dec 16, 2022. Paid accomodation in full upfront through Wotif but not getting a refund as per resorts policy? Our holiday is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control. No word from airline and this resort simply ignores emails and phone calls. Been trying to contact them for 5 days. Not good enough I don't recommend traveling to this resort.
Yes we have comprehensive insurance! - via
