Be cautious with this crowd.
Came to Falmouth on holiday (we live in Essex) booked a sea dive with them over the phone. Was not given any info prior so the day before the planned dive called up to ask what we needed to do meet etc and was told the days diving had been cancelled due to the weather, fair enough no ones fault. Was asked if we wanted to do it another time so I again explained we was down on holiday and was going home in a couple of days, no problem we thought until we was told they don’t do refunds! I explained it was not us that cancelled the dives but then due to the weather, but was told flatly no refunds only a credit to use for another time. That’s no good for us we don’t live in Cornwall!!! Was told it’s in their terms and conditions on their web site. I again explained we did not book through the website but over the phone but still, no refunds! Having a look on their terms on the website it only tells of courses booked nothing to do with guided dives!
Going to have to take them to small claims court now to get my money back!
