I booked a trip (hotel and diving course) with them when Malaysia opened up for travel from Singapore. Full payment became due immediately. Once paid we realized that, other than the rest of Malaysia, Sabah did not allow foreign tourist without quarantine. This reputable tour operator was not aware. The payment was not refunded and I found them very inflexible with the rebooking so that all money is lost. All interaction was over email and whatsapp and my requests to speak over the phone were rejected. - via
