Beautiful resort. Spa was Amazing! If you make spa appointments, ask for Rachel! She’s the best! Our elevator quit working on Day 5, and still wasn’t fixed when we left on Day 7. Room service was good, but we had trouble getting beer, pop, and water delivered to our room in a timely matter. It would show up hours after we called for it. Food was good, but didn’t blow our socks off. It’s a beautiful island, and beautiful friendly people. First experience staying at Sandals, not sure I would stay at another Sandals resort. - via google
