My daughter and I were planning on doing boat SCUBA , but were last minute and didn’t sign up in time. We were lucky and got shore dive spots with Maui Diving. I was a bit hesitant, but was easily talked into 5 Caves shore dive. From the person who “sold me” on this dive, to getting fitted for equipment since we didn’t bring ours, to the professionalism and hospitable nature in the shop, I was impressed. Kevin , our dive master, was awesome as far as explaining the dives, clear expectations as to where and how we were going, and finding us cool seal life. Although we went at a decent clip, we saw a baby frog fish, a red octopus, a white-tipped reef shark, turtles etc.Both dives were fun, and I appreciated Kevin’s knowledge of the area, his positive attitude, and that he freely shared videos and photos that he took from our dive. I am frequently on Maui, and will return to this shop. - via
