I booked a 60 min surf class at Moku, and it was definitely my greatest surfing experience. I had Rick as my instructor. He is AMAZING! He is professional, hilarious, and patient. I've definitely made some progress with him. I learned how to read the waves, learned how to enjoy surfing, learned some hawaiian words, and learned how to "become one with the water." I had so much fun. Shoutout to Rick! Thank you for all the "Harrah" lol. I will definitely come back and do another lesson with him. Staffs working at the shop are all super nice too.
Aside from that, the photography service is horrible. They outsourced this service to another company, so this has nothing to do with Moku. The photographer introduced herself at the beginning and disappeared. I still have no idea where my pictures are. The surf shop gave me their business card and the name of the photographer. I sent them an email, but no response. - via
