We went on their whale watching excursion in early January. The first time out, we didn't see any whales, but they offered a repeat trip for a $7 rebooking fee. A week later, we saw 2 whales 100 yards or so away from the boat, just off the coast from Waikiki. The company has an efficient booking system and the employees all seem friendly and professional. The boat was comfortable and well maintained. Next time, however, I think we'll try a boat that sails out of Kaneohe or Waianae, which would be closer to where the whales usually hang out. - via
