Hotel was lovely. Clean, efficient, wonderful views and the L'occitane amenities were a wonderful touch.
What made my experience was the staff. Five stars all around. My only regret was not getting everyone’s names.
Oniel Stuart, who seems to be the go to guy for the property, helped us with everything from luggage, 'room service', to recommendations for places to eat. He was very helpful, but not in an overbearing or intrusive type of way. The true definition of hospitality! He clearly takes care of the guest above all else.
Our room attendants, Christine and Rosemary, were friendly and warm and ensured that we always had everything we needed in our rooms.
Valentines Day fell during our visit and it was quite nice returning to our rooms to find that our beds had a special Valentines treat.
I only wish they had mentioned on the website or otherwise that the hotel does not have an elevator and to get to our rooms we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. - via
