We stayed here years ago and enjoyed our time. When we decided to book again this year and had to cancel (well in advance), we were given the run-around, rude service, not returning calls/messages and unclear cancellation policy for camping. After many messages left, we finally spoke to someone days after our first inquiry. They made up their own cancellation rule on the spot and wouldn't give a full refund (even though sites were still available so we weren't causing any missed bookings). Bummer as it's a nice location but definitely not worth the hassle and rudeness. - via
